Responsibilities

What is your role?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules and implementations. The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise with a functional understanding of F&O, enabling them to guide decision-making, make recommendations, and ensure successful delivery. This role will be based in Bogotá, working in English with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and optimization projects end-to-end.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
  • Understand F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.) well enough to challenge integrators and provide recommendations.
  • Act as the client’s trusted advisor, ensuring quality outcomes from boutique system integrators and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support decision-making with clear options, risk assessments, and impact analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, integrators, and vendors to resolve project roadblocks.
  • Ensure documentation, governance, and communication flow across stakeholders.
  • Drive change management, training, and adoption efforts within the finance and operations teams.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in project management, ideally in ERP or finance/operations technology projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
  • Proven track record of managing vendors, consultants, or boutique integrators.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (must). Spanish is a plus.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Based in Bogotá, with flexibility to interact with international teams.

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
