Responsibilities

The role:
A Go Developer will design and develop high volume, low latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability. Will support web-based application development and maintenance, and contribute to and grow our software engineering competency.

Qualifications

We're Looking for:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Expertise in Golang (+5 years) for building backend services and microservices.
  • Skilled in concurrency, modular code structure, and efficient resource handling.
  • Experienced with REST API design, using frameworks like Gin or Echo, and documenting with Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Strong in unit and integration testing, as well as secure development practices (OWASP, auth, encryption).
  • Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Familiar with Docker for containerization.
  • Proficient in Kafka for messaging and event-driven architecture.
