Position Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless operations, configuration, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, with experience in ITSM, ITOM, or other modules. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus and will be considered beneficial for integrations and process automation.

Please be advised that this position requires candidates to be located in Colombia.

We're Looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.

• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, or similar modules.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, workflows, and automation.

• Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).

• Experience with system upgrades and patches.

• Technical Skills:

• ServiceNow configuration, UI policies, business rules, and ACLs.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.

• Understanding of ITIL principles and service management processes.
