We are seeking a driven and skilled Sales Leader to spearhead our U.S. market growth, focusing on digital services and team augmentation. This role is pivotal for expanding our client portfolio, building relationships, and driving revenue growth across North America.

 

Qualifications

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our North American client portfolio.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital services and team augmentation.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (Director, VP, C-level) in mid-sized and enterprise companies.
    • Leverage a deep understanding of IT project lifecycles and collaborate with teams in Canada, the USA, and Colombia to create custom client solutions.
    • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and need qualification to commercial offering, negotiation, and account management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
    • Travel as necessary for events, client meetings, and internal sessions.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT preferred.
    • 5-10 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in digital services, agile development, or team augmentation.
    • Self-motivated with a true hunter mentality.
    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile project structures, and enterprise pain points.
    • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles, from strategy to deal closing, while engaging C-level executives.
    • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business demands.
    • Based in a major U.S. city (e.g., New York City) with a strong professional network.
    • Be a key player in our North American expansion, making a tangible impact on the company’s growth.
