What is your role?

 

We're seeking a dynamic Business Analyst specializing in Change Management to join our client's transformation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work alongside senior change management leaders while driving critical organizational initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and communicate process changes across the organization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies
  • Create engaging communication materials
  • Support the implementation of change initiatives through data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Maintain documentation and reporting

 

Qualifications

What is your profile?

You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or change management roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change management certification (PROSCI, ACMP, or similar)
  • Experience in supply chain or logistics industry
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and management
